Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns and cancellations

Once you've received your item, you have a full 30 days to request a return for any reason at all. The only exception to this is if you have purchased a Dundalk Leisurecraft product and Ice Barrel accessories and wears. These products are non-returnable. Certain spare parts may also be non-returnable where specified.

To initiate a return, please email us at salesteam@myperfectoasis.com and we will advise you of next steps. If you are returning the item for any reason other than it being damaged/defective, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Any applicable return shipping charge costs and/or restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Should you wish to cancel an order that has been paid for but not yet shipped, you can do so by email at salesteam@myperfectoasis.com. In this instance, your refund will include shipping costs but we will deduct a 5% processing fee.

If you wish to return an item purchased as part of a promotion which offered a free item as part of the purchase, both items must be returned. If only one of the items is returned, you will receive only store credit in the value of that item when purchased on its own, minus any restocking fees and shipping charges.

Damages and issues

Freight deliveries will require a customer signature on delivery. Outer packaging should be inspected on arrival and before providing delivery signature. If there is any damage to the outer packaging, the contents should be inspected immediately with the driver present to assess for any damage. If contents are damaged, this should be indicated on the carrier's paperwork and you should notify us immediately at salesteam@myperfectoasis.com

If the packaging damage is excessive, shipment should be refused and photos taken of the damage. The carrier paperwork should be signed as "Carton damaged & refused" and you should notify us immediately of this at salesteam@myperfectoasis.com.

If you are unable to inspect the contents immediately, you should note on the carrier's paperwork that the packaging is damaged and delivery is being accepted subject to inspection along with a description of the type of damage. Contents must then be inspected within 24 hours and any damage to them photographed and reported to the carrier. You should also inform us of this at salesteam@myperfectoasis.com.  

If items are damaged, once the above steps have been followed as appropriate and we have been made aware of the situation, we will advise and assist with resolution. Resolution may include a replacement of damaged components, a replacement item or other course of action as deemed appropriate by ourselves dependent on the situation.

If items are cosmetically undamaged but are defective or missing parts or if you receive an incorrect item, please inform us at salesteam@myperfectoasis.com and we will facilitate  replacement, refund, a warranty claim or another course of action as deemed appropriate by ourselves dependent on the situation. Please note that claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 7 days of delivery.

If your item does not arrive at the arranged time/date, please contact us at salesteam@myperfectoasis.com. We will investigate the cause of the non-delivery and take appropriate action to remedy the situation. This may take the form of a redelivery, refund, partial refund or any other form of redress at our discretion.

Warranties

Warranties on the products we offer vary and are dependent on the manufacturer and item type. Please see the individual product listing pages for warranty information. Warranty information will also be included with most products when they are shipped. Damage covered by the warranties occurs over time and from normal use. If items were damaged on arrival but were not reported at the time in accordance with our procedures, a warranty claim cannot be made.

Refusals

If you refuse receipt of your order upon delivery for any reason other than damaged goods or shipping error, a 30% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges will be deducted from any refund given.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on items bought on clearance sale or inventory sale, products that have been modified in any way or products which have been damaged and are no longer resalable. Please contact us at salesteam@myperfectoasis.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Products made by Dundalk Leisurecraft are all non-returnable. Ice Barrel accessories and wears are also non-returnable. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order and want to exchange it, please contact us at  salesteam@myperfectoasis.com. In most cases we recommend returning the item(s) you have purchased but no longer want and placing a new order for the item(s) you want instead. However, in some circumstances we are able to facilitate direct exchanges at our discretion.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at salesteam@myperfectoasis.com.

Chargebacks

Any customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be held criminally liable for theft. Our customer service team is here to help, we pride ourselves on our responsiveness and ability to help resolve issues. As such, we do ask that if you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us before filing chargebacks.

When purchasing from My Perfect Oasis, you acknowledge the following with regard to the exchange agreement:

  • You understand that you must inspect the package on delivery and act in accordance with our Returns & Refunds and Shipping policies with regard to refusing delivery or providing information to us in the event of any damage.
  • You understand that in an instance where items are not defective but that you wish to return them for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and of our shipping any new items to you.
  • You understand that an additional restocking fee to that outlined above may be charged in the event that returned products are not unopened or unused or if they arrive damaged in any way.
  • You understand that once your order has departed our warehouse, you will not be able to receive a full refund.
  • You understand that if you return your order once it has shipped, you will be responsible for paying any return shipping and restocking fees.
  • You understand that shipping date and time estimates are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to factors outside the control of My Perfect Oasis.
  • You understand and agree that you will not cancel your order of file a chargeback if there is a delay in receiving your order or if a delivery estimate provided to you turns out to be inaccurate due to factors outside My Perfect Oasis's control (eg manufacturing constraints or logistical issues on part of our shipping partners.)
